Parallels crashing all the time (v3)

I have not been able to get a full featured boot of any Windows XP VM I had o my system: a normal VM nor the Boot Camp.

It crashes as soon as the Application integration (Win in Mac and vv) is being generated.
My Boot Camp crashed so hard that it was unbootable afterwards. Thanks to my faithful backups the damage was limited.

Once the Shared Applications feature is disabled, things boot. But slow. VMware Fusion is really a hell of a lot faster, leaving me with a more responsive Mac too.

I hope this is solved soon, otherwise I'll switch over, I'm afraid.

Pity, because I like Parallels, when it works!

 

I have the same problem. Even canceling the Application integration makes no difference. Soon after Parallels crashes.
