I am running Tiger and have Parallels on my iMac at work. I am running Windows XP Home on the Parallels side. The other day I was changing some file names in Parallels. They Excel files, then today when I went back into the folder to find the files they were gone. Has anyone had any issues with this happen that files get delete. Please help me because they are important files.
No I did not delete them on my Mac side. How would I check to see if I was using Shared Profile? All I am saying when I opened Parallels one day the files were gone. And where are these files stored on the Mac side?
If Shared profile, files are in Finder -username - and corresponding Folder You can check it from Configuration Editor-Configuration - Shared Folders Hold Command key when starting Parallels and you will see Configuration Editor
