    Hi,

I have had parallels desktop 6 on my mac for the last 6 years and it has been working great. I had to upgrade my mac to sierra os last week and parallels will no longer open on my mac. Does this mean I have to repurchase a whole new software? Or is there some possible way to update my old verson of parallels?

    Thank you.

Hello @AnnaG1. Yes, you will have to purchase a full license of Parallels Desktop 12 as upgrading to the same from version 6 is not possible. And Parallels Desktop 6 is not compatible with macOS Sierra either.
