Parallels desktop cancels restart

Hello - is it possible to have Parallels automatically suspend the guest OS and shut down the Parallels Desktop application when I choose to restart Snow Leopard?

I try to do this, and I get the error alert "Application Parallels Desktop canceled restart" with instructions to try again. However, if I then go to restart the Mac, it does so -- I don't have to do anything else. It'd be nice to not have to close the alert and try to restart again.
