Some months ago, I removed Parallels Access from automatic startup and from the menu bar, and thought it had completely gone away. Now, having just upgraded from Mountain Lion to Mavericks 10.9.2, I find that a piece of it has reappeared zombie-like and I would like to get rid of it. At startup time, a dialogue appears from Parallels Desktop Control Agent, asking to be granted control of my computer. It wants me to enable this in the Accessibility section of the Privacy tab of the Security & Privacy preference pane. Whether I enable it or not, I see the Parallels Access Control Agent running in Activity Monitor, and unless I do enable it, I get the same request at every startup. I don't understand why this has only begun after upgrading to Mavericks, but I would very much like to rid myself of this nuisance.

I am having the same issue. Each time I launch a VM I am pestered by this, and I will NEVER allow it to control my computer, so it needs to go away forever. I ran the script (http://kb.parallels.com/117142) as suggested and it worked with the expected results. I suppose it removed Parallels Access.app (I still had to toss the actual Parallels Access.app in the trash from my Applications folder), but the issue is with Parallels Desktop.app. When I launch a VM in Parallels Desktop I still get the pop-up saying "Parallels Desktop.app would like to control this computer using accessibility features". How does one kill this off?
