Hi, I've just ordered a Mac Mini 3.0 GHz Dual Core i7 16GB Ram 1TB Fusion Drive. Would the specs above be enough to run Windows 10 on Parallels Desktop? I currently use Parallels with a 2.5GHz dual-core i5 16gb Macbook Pro and I've never had as much as a single drop in performance. However, after reading a number of forum posts a number of people seem to state the four cores are near enough essential for a smooth experience. Is there something my Macbook is offering that the Mac Mini wouldn't be able to replicate? It appears the Mini is superior in every way. I just want to check the dual core will be able to run an instance of Windows 10 smoothly perhaps based on experience. Any help would be great.
I've just had someone confirm they are running a near identical setup with Parallels. Windows 10 runs perfectly for them. Hopefully this helps someone down the line.
