Parallels Desktop for Mac 17 useless license (cannot download + Windows BSOD)

Hi,
I bought a permanent license for Parallels Desktop for Mac 17 some time ago.
First of all, it is a pain to find the installer file since the website only provides downloads since v18. By searching on the web, I was able to find the installer file...
But I tried to install windows 11 using the GUI wizard that automatically downloads the correct ISO but the installation crashes and ends up on a blue screen of death (BSOD).
I also tried installing it manually by downloading the official Windows 11 ISO. The result is the same.
I feel that my purchased license is useless.
