Parallels Desktop - Install Windows 10 Pro on a USB drive instead of hard drive

    I already have Successfully install Windows 10 on the Mac Book Pro hard drive (128Gb and way too small) and either need to move it or re-install to a USB flash drive. Can someone point me to instructions of how to accomplish this feat.
