I am a nooby when it comes Mac's, so please be gentle :) I have a client that we got Parallels running for on his new Mac notebook, and in less than 24 hours, he is now getting this error message:
"Parallels Desktop is either not installed and configured or has integrity problems"

    Hu?

I am a Windows Engineer, so I get lost pretty quickly when it comes to these machines. Anyone have any ideas? I have done some googling and haven't found much, but to reinstall by downloading it off of the website, which I am not even sure if that will work OR if I even can.

    Thanks!!

    Hello Bryan,

The Parallels installation has gone wrong for some reasons. You should reinstall it. Please use the .dmg utility that you will find in the downloaded Parallels Desktop DMG package.

Just uninstall and reinstall. The virtual hard drive will not be removed and the data from it will not be lost, you will not have to reinstall the Guest OS.

    Best regards,
    Xenos
