Parallels Desktop OK–Parallels Tools Won't Install–"Load Driver?"....

Newbie – Install Problem: Parallels Desktop OK but Parallels Tools Won't Install I just got Parallels Desktop and Windows 7 Home Premium. I seemed to have no problem installing Parallels desktop on my Mac Sys 10.6.4 but twice the Windows 7 stalled with a note that Parallels Tools is not installed, then a "Windows 7 - Parallels Desktop" information window claiming Parallels Tools to be a useful set of add-in features.... a "Continue" box which goes nowhere - the same note that Parallels Tools is not installed. Also, the last window shown before the complete stall says "Load Driver ! No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers...." To which I could not respond as I don't know what's requested.
