I purchased Parallels Desktop 12 in 2016.
Now,I tried to install Parallels Desktop 12 on a new computer.
I found the registration code purchased at the time in the mailbox. After entering it, I was reminded that this is an upgrade registration code, which requires me to fill in the old code. I found a series of old codes in the mailbox.
When I filled in two registration codes, I was still prompted:
Unable to activate Parallels Desktop: the license server did not accept the product key of the earlier version of Parallels Desktop
Now I want to know how How do I register
