    Hi
I have trouble installing Windows 10 Home on Parallels Desktop Pro 11 in my Macbook Pro 15 inches.
Inserting USB stick Windows 10, Parallels doesn't recognize it.
Display shows searching for Operative System with a running circle, I wait for many time... nothing!
    Please help!

I followed all the steps http://kb.parallels.com/en/123364.
Can't install Windows 10 virtual machine.
    A black screen shows:
    "No boot filename received"
    "Exiting Intel PXE ROM"
"No boot device is available, press Enter to continue"
After boot failed, I select Actions: Reset (a few times)
    ALWAYS FAILS

Please help me with this problem.

The boot file in your USB installer may be missing.
If it is not missing and your VM was created you can also try and change the boot order, in your vm making sure that the Hard Disk is the first one selected,
Select the vm but do not open then go to the >Parallels menu>Action>configuration>Hardware>Bootorder
