After reinstalling macOS on my MacBook Pro, Parallels Desktop 16 won't activate. When I login my account and choose the license, it asks for the key of a previous license key. Then it says the old activation key cannot be accepted by the license server. I have been upgrading from PD 13 to 16, but none of the license keys work.
I've been posting several times that I cannot do the same thing - trying to run P10 on a reinstalled OS. It runs fine on my current OS but won't activate on the same OS installed on an external SSD. I'm so frustrated by them and their wretched reinstallatiion issues. They just don't seem to care.
Hi Parallels Team, I encountered the same issue, neither Parallels Desktop 15 or Parallels Desktop 16 won't activate after logged out and log in Parallels Account. I have been upgrading from PD 12 to PD 15 and then PD 16, but none of the license keys work.
