Parallels DLC not found for this build ( parallels for chrome os )

Hello, I'm trying to install Parallels for chromeOS om a supported chromebook. License is activated en linked to user. Policies are set and applied. When i try to install a VM from the crosh (developer shell) vmc create -p PvmDefault win10x64.iso the vmc command runs into a error:

error: operation vm_create failed. DLC service failed to install module pita. parallels dlc not found for this build. please try again after updating chrome os

The chromebook runs de latest build 91.0.4472.114

What is causing this error ?
