I'm about to spam 1 star reviews and negative ratings on Parallels as it has not been activating on my new macbook pro, and these stupid customer service people of parallels never responds to my messages to them or to my thread. I also need to know how to apply for a refund since I paid for a whole year and I can't use it anymore after 6 months.
It may happen because of one of these reasons: Parallels Desktop installation is corrupted. macOS file system issues. Parallels Service is blocked by Firewall or anti-virus. Regards, Peter
