Hi, We have an iMac that used to have version 6 installed. We purchased version 8, and we ran the installer on top of version 6. When we tried to launch Parallels 8, it gave an error message saying "Unable to connect to Parallels Service." After some searching, we followed this KB: http://kb.parallels.com/en/8089 But that did not fix the issue. We have tried reinstalling, but same issue. Please advise. Thanks.
