I've been using Parallels 3.0 build 4560 for some time now and its accompanying Parallels Explorer to retrieve files from my VM when it is not open/running. Up until now I've been using it successfully, with only warnings about timing out during reading of the virtual drive and asking whether I'd like to continue waiting. I usually respond with "Continue and don't ask again".

Now, I get the spinning beach ball while it's trying to read my VM configuration, I never get to the point where I see the directory structure and I lose ALL keyboard input. I can move the mouse, but clicking anywhere does absolutely nothing. My only recourse is to cut the power. Yeech! And I've done this about four times already, each time suffering the same fate.

Any idea why? Which logs do I even start looking at? I'm unwilling to use Parallels Explorer anymore since it locks everything up!
