Parallels fails to auto-update

    Hi,

    I have French localised version of Parallels Build 4128 and running Mac OS 10.5.2. When I click on "Check for updates" nothing happens for quite a long time.

    How can I resolve this?

    Hello Hiteshattri,

    "Check for updates" option is sometimes unavailable if too many users are trying to download from Parallels server at the same time. Please use this link to update.
