Your software and support SUCKS!!! I have an open ticket with tech support on a chat last Wed. I finally got through this morning and I got disconnected after 5 minutes. It took forever to find a way to get through (can NEVER get through on calling and takes multiple attempts for live chat (chat says too busy after a while and try back later). THIS SUCKS! ... and you send me an email for me to call you back... AND YOU WANT ME TO TRY TO CALL YOU??? Also, your support from India is very difficult to understand and they have trouble with the English language. As far as the problem with Parallels on the MAC, it keeps expanding my windows 7 virtual drive to fill up the MAC drive. I did the image tool as requested but its now run for 3 days and continues to fill up my MAC hard drive... as I keep deleting files to make room. I have nothing to delete any more and might as well remove parallels. THIS SUCKS!!! Very angry about the issues and lack of support!!! I ALSO TRIED TO SUBMIT AN EMAIL FROM YOUR WEB SITE YOU SITE SAID I DON'T HAVE SUPPORT. THIS IS TERRIBLE!
