I downloaded Parallels for my macbook and chose the Try for 14 days free option, and cancelled it the next day, but it's requesting payment from me and when I check my subscriptions the expiration date appears as 20.10.2026! I didn't make any payment, and I didn't finish the 14 days and I don't know how to cancel?
