I'm having problems running parallels. It's installed fine but when I open it up the desktop doesn't respond (like its frozen) and when I shut it down a window opens up that says "Unable to connect with device" This notice I can not even get rid of because the blue button on it won't respond. It worked fine at first and now I can't do anything with it. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice with no change. Can SOMBODY please tell me what the problem is?
