If I run a program called eDrawings, which is a universal reader of 3D files in the spirit of Adobe Acrobat, my Mac hangs up with the spinning wheel. When this happens, I can't do ANYTHING. I can't force quit, and I have to turn off the computer.
This should never be able to happen in Parallels. What is going on?

MacPro; Mac OS 10.5.2 Leopard; Windows XP SP2.0, Build 5584

    Found the problem

As with Solidworks, you need to check 'Use Software Open GL' in the setup.
Why isn't this published in your knowledge base? I find the search function there terribly lacking.

Tedevlin, thanks for the feedback. Glad to know you have worked it out.
We have checked too: eDrawings 2008 works fine on Parallels Desktop.
We are working to improve our KB. However we can not put in all the details on all the software dealing with Parallels.

    Best regards,
    Xenos
