Parallels HTML Disable files Locked Unavailble change Permissions

Hi there I'm looking for some help in the forum I have a site hosted wit serversea for about two year after the new installation of parallels 8.06 everything in my site was a mess files are locked permissions as well cannot edit on HTML neither my tags and Idon't like to use WYSIWYG editor:

When Trying to edit with html meta tags are gone, and I got this.

WYSIWYG editor SPAW corrupting HTML files by adding the /spaw/getimg.php?img=

There is anyway to fix this problem? thanks
