Parallels icon in Coherence?

I am having trouble with getting to the parallels menu from coherence. (Using on a MacBook Pro to run Vista) When I first installed the software (couple of days ago) there was a window that popped up saying "you are in coherence mode" I clicked on don't show this window because it didn't seem to be important. However, now I have looked in the knowledgebase at instructions to switch modes and it says there is an icon on that window that would allow me to get to the parallels menu. When I'm running in coherence mode there is no parallels icon in my dock and I am not seeing another way to get to the menu.

Is there a way to get that coherence window back? or another way to get to the parallels menu without switching to a different mode?
