Parallels icon needs to be always on top of all windows - similar to "Snagit"

Snagit by Techsmith is always present as a blue bar (if end user wishes) - ready to capture both images and video. Sngait does not have the ability to "pin" one window above others as does Parallels. Parallels also does not have a "dark mode" - which can help readability and conform with the users of Dark Mode in their software. These simple additions can push parallels into the forefront of utility tools that are immediately available. Thank You, - James
