After an Upgrade from Parallels 5 to Parallels 6 one of my users accidentially clicked on "take snapshot" on his Boot Camp machine. He could not abort the process, thus he left it running over night, but the process never finished.

Now every time when this user starts Parallels, it jumps right into snapshot mode and hangs there.

I can start and stop the virtual machine as a different user (it is shared) just fine, but with this user, I can't seem to get out of the loop. I tried removing the preferences and even the .pvm. Now Parallels reports that the VM is gone and asks whether I want to delete the entry, but that fails, because it is trying to make the snapshot.

Is there any way out of this situation?

    Thanks in advance,

    Nick
