Parallels internet security and migration

I recently purchased a mac book pro and the latest copy of parallels desktop. Unfortunately the mac was faulty and had to be replaced. I have now installed parallels desktop on the replacement system and set up a new windows XP virtual machine (again). The problem is that I have lost my 12 month subscription to kapersky internet security. I have contacted apple, who are sending out another copy of parallels desktop (FOC) to resolve this issue. However this means having to uninstall the existing copy and start again creating a new virtual machine. Is there any way that I can re-install parallels and continue to use my existing virtual machine?

I have read all of the manuals and I am still confused, HELP!!
