Parallels Internet Security won't activate

Running Parallels Desktop 5 on OS 10.6.2 with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Guest OS: Windows 7

I just upgraded to Parallels 5 and Windows 7 and I can't get Parallels Internet Security to activate. It keeps asking for an activation key, which I assume should have come with Parallels 5 since they advertise that a 12 month subscription comes with Parallels 5.

Not wanting to run Windows unprotected, I downloaded and installed Avast! Seems like Parallels Internet Security would be a better option, since it was designed specifically to work in this environment, but how do I get it activated?
