Parallels invalid key for purchased product

    Hey,

    I am having an issue adding two Parallel keys to my account. Everytime I try to add them, I get told they do not exist.

    I am unsure how to resolve this since without a valid key, I cannot contact support, yet my valid key sent by parallels at time of purchase is no longer valid to be used.

    Any suggestions to get parallel key issue fixed and put on a corporate account?
