Parallels is sending emails to the wrong email address

    Hello,
    My parallels account is associated with my Apple ID. Some time ago I changed my Apple ID's email address, however Parallels is continuing to send me "unrecognised browser" emails to my old email address that I no longer have access to, rather than to the email address associated with my Apple ID. This means I cannot access the account management page to renew my subscription. Please help!

    Before I contacted you here I also tried to contact you via Twitter, where I did not get any response. I waited for a week! Your customer service is horrible.

    This still hasn't been solved. Strange definition of immediately you got there buddy.
