    Hi Guys,

My computer is a 2011 (bought in June) 27" Imac - 3.4Ghz Intel Core I7, 8gb 1333MHz DDR3. The graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 6970M.

I've bought parallels solely to play the new Star Wars MMO (SWTOR), and I've noticed a lot of people have been talking about it on here but my question is slightly different to the usual ones.

I'm getting an "error 7" message, I believe this is because windows is using "VgSave" as the graphics driver, rather than the AMD Graphics card. I downloaded the relevant driver for the graphics card from the AMD website. However, Windows is failing to detect the fact I've installed the drivers and therefore the driver itself remains as "VgaSave". I installed different versions of the Windows 7 64bit AMD Drivers but none of them work. I've been searching google for the past 6 hours for any guidance and all the solutions didn't work!

Is it possible to get Windows in Parallels to switch drivers from the defaults VGA, or can I only do that in bootcamp? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Duncan

Ok fixed it. Downloaded Parallels tools and it worked.
