So, I had a bought parallels for Mac a little over a year. I was charged the renewal fee recently, but my Apple Card denied the charge since it did not recognize it. Now I keep getting period charges to my card trying to renew my subscription, but none of them get through. I don't want the subscription anymore and I cannot cancel it in my account page. My account page says the subscription is expired, so there is nothing to cancel. I can't even contact Parallels through email or phone because apparently I need an active subscription to have the right to shoot them an email. How can I reach out to them to stop them from trying to charge my card?
