my parallels app will launch but the parallels "start" button is grey'd out. i have made no updates or changes to my system and it seems to have just stopped working.
i go to my Documents>Parallels directory and can see my Windows XP.pvm file which is 9.21 GB.
if i double click on teh .pvm file it gives me a dialog box saying:
"You cannot start virtual machine templates. You can either deploy or convert this template to a virtual machine."
can anyone offer any insights? thanks in advance
