I recently got a new Mac and installed Parallels 19. When attempting to activate it, I used my license key but it says, "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies." I've moved my license from my MacBook to my iMac without issue before, it would ask me if I wanted to disable the license on the old computer and activate it on the current computer. That prompt does not show up this time, instead saying I can't activate my license. I do not have access to my old iMac. What do I do?
Could you please reset my activation key ? (ending with -KJFJ5H)

    Hi,
I'm using Parallels Desktop 12 and moved to another computer, is there a way to de-activate the license on the old computer?

The key I'm attempting to re-activate ends with -8EFBFC
    Thanks

I just got a new macbook air M3 15inch and I am trying to activate my license from my old mac onto my new mac but it's saying my license limit has been reached. I am a lawyer and I have purchased a lifetime license, I have the right to continue to use my license on a new Mac

Hi, I just upgraded to a MacBook with new hardware. I get the following error when entering my license.
"This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies".
