I am trying to use Parallels Mobile with my iPad 3. However, when i hit the keyboard icon it causes the screen to shift up so much that i cannot see what i am typing in the excel spreadsheet i am trying to work on. Furthermore, i have an Apple bluetooth keyboard and i am able to type letters & numbers through the keyboard. However, the up and down right left keys are not functioning. This seems a VERY clunky way of entering information. Is there any product updates anticipated (soon)? The last update was back on 9/1/11. Does anybody else have a very "unfriendly" user experience? Based on my conversation with customer support today they compelled me to purchase the Mobile product. I am beginning to regret my purchase decision. Thanks ahead of time for any insights.
