I have Parallels 6 on my Macbook, and the iOS app on my iPad. When I try to log in to my Parallels (or, as it says, "Parellels") account I get the message: "Connection error. Can't connect to Parallels server. Please check your internet connection and retry". My internet connection is fine. In fact, I'm using it right now to type this message. Help!
Dear deKay, Please check the following settings: 1. Check the Parallels Mobile server URL. To do so, read the <ProxyManagerURL> parameter in the /Library/Preferences/Parallels/dispatcher.desktop.xml file. It must be set to https://myparallels.com/xmlrpc/rpc.do 2. Check if any firewall (standard Mac OS X firewall or a third party firewall software) does not block the Parallels Desktop application; Make sure, you have all updates installed.
