Tested it. Turned it off. That is a very nice feature, apparently quite well done, except that terrible bug regarding support of non US qwerty keyboard maps.
Take a Windows guest, set it's keyboard to azerty - french or azerty - belgian, to match what you need when using the VM on your azerty Mac keyboard, then try to connect from an iPad. Wether you set the iPad for azerty or for qwerty, the result is wrong, awfully wrong. How could this pass though beta testing? 
How about a fix?
