Parallels need activation each time I start it

    Hi,

    My copy needs activation each time I start it. It says that the activation was successful, but next time I start it it ask for registration details again.
    I am running Parallels desktop 9 and OSX maverick.
    I tried re-install and also repair disk.

    Any hints of what it can be??
