    Hello All,

I am running Parallels 15 (latest) on Catalina 10.15.5. When I hot plug a USB devices with Parallels running I do not receive a notification or prompt to pass the device to the running VM. When I right click my windows 10 vm USB and bluetooth devices are not present in the menu. Additionally, when I attempt to configure permanent settings for USB pass through, the only option listed for all devices is connect to "Your Mac". Does any one know why Parallels is not allowing me to pass through USB devices?

Hello, please right click on your Parallels Desktop icon -> choose Preferences-> Devices -> click on "Ask me what to do"

Thank you Maria@Parallels. That was not my issue. The VM was imported from VMware and for some reason there was no USB device in the hardware profile. One I added a USB device and restarted the VM the option to pass a USB device became available.
