does any one has experience running parallels 3 or 4 on Mac Pro 10.5.6, Guest OS XP Pro SP3? We have a few iMac and Macbook Pro running Paralles 3 and windows XP Pro with SP3 without problem. all the macs run 10.5.6 to the latest updates. But when install Parallels 4 (also tried 3), with newly created XP vm, for both parallels 3 and 4, the users are only allowed to log on once (does not matter network user or local user). if the user log off, then log on again, the desktop icons, including start button disappear. click the "show start button" has no effect.
I run Parallels 4 on a Mac Pro with OS 10.5.6. Both P3 and P4 have run well. I have never tried to login as more than one user though.
