I upgraded to Sierra yesterday on my Mac and today i went to run Parallels on it for the first time since then. I installed the latest update to Parallels (version 12.0.2 (41353)) and loaded Windows 10 from it. When it had loaded i noticed the Kaspersky icon which was showing as 'on' before was now greyed out and on further inspection it said it was starting. It stayed like that until i closed Parallels down at which point it started. I went back into Parallels and Kaspersky turned off again. I don't know if this started after i installed Sierra but before i installed the latest Parallels version as i didn't load Parallels before updating it (i was using version 12 of Parallels before i upgraded to Sierra, probably the version before the update i just installed). Has anyone else noticed anything similar?
