I recently bought parallels from the Apple store on line. I was sent an activation code but didn't use it because I discovered I need a separate windows10to use along side of it. I haven't got a windows 10and can't afford one after buying parallels. I'm a senior with little IT knowledge. I was told to get this app because I found the Apple desk top so different to my previous windows computer. I want to return the pack and get a refund. The person told me it's a brilliant buy but never mentioned I had to have a windows appt. is it possible the Apple store will refund me ..I haven't yet downloaded or used the activation key. Please advise it's the second day of receiving it. I think I have 14days. Thank you Jackie Smith oxon.
