Help...I'm on a Mac with Parallels running Quickbooks 2010 Pro. I'm having major printer issues (and many smaller bugs and quirks). When I make "proposals" and "invoices", they both look perfect in print preview. But when I actually print them, the "proposals" look perfect, but the "invoices" print only in black and white AND are slightly enlarged so that the right side of everything is cut off of the paper.??!! Try giving that to a client. Whats worse is that it also happens when printing my federal tax forms. They are enlarged so that the last digit of all the totals is missing. Nightmare! Again, everything else is printing correctly (reports, checks, proposals, etc.) and everything previews correctly. Please Help. Rob
Hi Yana, printer is a Canon Pixma MX860, I believe I have Parallels 09, and the printer is installed on both the Mac and the windows side separately.
Parallels should be probably 7 or 6, 9 does not exist yet) can you please check - it is important cause printer sharing in v6 is dramatically different from v7
Sorry Yana, parallels security is 9, parallels looks to be 5. "Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac" Build 5.0.9376. I purchased late 2010.
please try to reset your printer via Apple Bonjour http://kb.parallels.com/en/4990 print the test page with the newly reseted printer and check the issue
finance corporate VP I'm having trouble printing checks with parallels 7 and Canon Pixma MG 8220. The font runs together and is compressed. Karen
