I have Parallels currently installed on a machine in a school i work in. Parallels was previously setup in the office on a test machine and was registered to another email address. I now find myself in need of some support regarding audio not working within XPSP3 installation. My problem is that i need a support code to contact support options, yet i cannot register the product as it says it is already registered to another contact. Is there any way that i can solve this issue?
