    Hi,

    I've just had an email notifying me that £70 has been charged to my card for a renewal.

    I don't require the software anymore and an unexpected £70 at this point is not something I can afford, if there had been a reminder I would have found a way to stop the payment. Is there any methods of getting this refunded? I've followed the link in the email which has now cancelled the subscription at least.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
