Parallels seems to boot off the wrong partition?

I'm just trying out Parallels 7 instead of VMWare, mainly for Lion support.
My Windows 7 disk is its own disk, with 2 partitions as per a standard Windows 7 install. The first partition is the EFI System Partition that contains the bootloader, and the second partition is the actual Windows install.

When I add the disk in Parallels, it recognises the disk as a Boot Camp disk and that it has two partitions.
But, it seems like it tries to boot off the second partition, and then the Parallels fake BIOS screen obviously complains about not finding a bootloader!

How can I make it boot off the first partition on the disk?
