Parallels so painfully slow

    Parallels 9
    Windows 7 professional

    Launch: 2 minutes
    Very high cpu usage of pro_vm (up to 120% at times)

    repairing virtual machine

    Thanks for the advice.
    Is anything to prevent from erasing all windows files (which, so it seems, just happened) ???
