Parallels Support - Non-existent

    I am taken back by the amount of users noting lack of support from Parallels. This is a big deal guys, make no mistake. I have been on board since the original release and have upgraded each time. There was never any issue taking my money. Where are the dollars going?

    I normally dont post in forums. Parallels support team please wake UP! You have lost a paying customer.
