I spent about an hour yesterday trying to stop my Mac operating at 98%+ CPU on a program that could not even be shut down...in looking on google, it appeared to be Parallels toobox. This is ODD as I nevery purchased parallels toolbox and never use it - BUT on occasion, I have accidently clicked on the toolbox icon, and an add pops up asking me to spend $19.99 to purchase - so my question is why does Parallels run 5-8 copies of a program that takes all the CPU, and is not used by me. It appears to be related to Parallels toolbox and it is really annoying...
