I've tried everything from many articles in these forums: - running the registration fix - clicking and unclicking the many configuration options to restart - Uninstalling and reinstalling Tools (FROM THE MAC SIDE ONLY) Tools hasn't recognized as being installed on the Windows side since I restarted after the hang up. What can I do?
